This document outlines the terms governing use of the 7400 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms & Account Creation
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 7400 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.
The 7400 platform is only accessible to individuals aged eighteen (18) and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 7400 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to terminate any account found to be non-compliant.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 7400 support team immediately through the channels provided on the platform.

- Registration details must be accurate
- Passwords are the user's responsibility
- Using the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
User Responsibilities
As a 7400 platform user, you agree to:
- Using the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Not using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to access or interact with the platform
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform or other users' accounts
- Not sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use it
- Not using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful activities
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia while using the platform
Platform Usage Rules
7400 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Suspending or terminating accounts of users who violate any of these terms without prior notice
- Declining registration applications without providing a reason
- Restricting access to certain platform features based on geographic location or other factors
- Cancelling transactions suspected of involving fraud or misuse
- Modifying, suspending, or discontinuing any part of the platform at any time
Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the 7400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs that may be charged by third-party financial service providers.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using local payment methods supported by the platform, including e-wallets and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to set thresholds and may vary depending on the payment method and account VIP level. Once credited to an account, deposits are final and cannot be reversed except under circumstances stipulated by 7400.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the chosen method and account verification status. 7400 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity may be held pending the outcome of an investigation. The recipient account name must match the name registered on your 7400 account.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonus, promotional credit, or reward credited to your account is subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated alongside the relevant offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly unless the rollover conditions have been fully met. 7400 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or fraud.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 7400 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 7400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or data loss. Users access the platform entirely at their own risk. 7400 does not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, secure, or uninterruptedly available at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7400 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 7400 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 7400.
Third-Party Links
7400 may contain links or references to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. The inclusion of any such link does not imply that 7400 endorses, approves, or verifies the content of those websites. 7400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
7400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of any term in this document, involvement in fraudulent or suspicious activity, failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified timeframe, or where 7400 is required to do so by law or direction of a competent authority.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full by 7400, depending on the circumstances of the breach. Users whose accounts have been closed for valid reasons may submit an appeal through the support channels available on the platform.
Changes to These Terms
7400 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the platform after any changes are published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 7400 platform or these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, users agree to resolve it through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings.
